For health and safety reasons, all sales are final. Enby doesn't accept returns or exchanges on any products. Even in the event that the product you purchased is still sealed in its packaging and has never been opened, we are still unable to accept any returns.
Damaged items must be reported within 7 days of receiving the order.
If your product stops functioning within 30 days of receipt, through no fault of your own, please contact email@example.com to request an exchange for the same item. Please make sure to include all accessories and packaging in order for the exchange to be issued. If your specific item is out of stock a store credit will be issued for the full price paid. Packages returned to us without prior approval are considered a bio-hazard and will be disposed of
