well that's the worst, we are sorry to hear that. there are few things we can do to help, most toys have warranties depending on their brand. If you need help finding the warranty on your product please send us an email via our contact page.

Unfortunately we cannot personally replace damaged toys, but if they are broken upon arrival we will do everything in our power to help. for more info please view our return policy.

Orders cannot be modified or canceled once submitted. This includes if you change your mind about an order.

Please double check that you've entered the correct shipping address. Once the order has been submitted the shipping address cannot be changed.

Route is a third party service that we work with to offer you package protection. If you purchased package protection through Route you are covered for lost, stolen or damaged packages/products. If you have an issue with your order you must make a claim within 5 days of items marked as delivered.Click here to make a claim for a lost or stolen item.

Route package protection does not apply if you change your mind about your order/product, don't like your product, order the wrong size or enter the wrong shipping address.

Yes! Everything we ship comes in either a plain brown box or a plain white shipping baggy. We respect your privacy.

shipping to a location within the USA is usually around $7. We offer free shipping within the USA with any purchase over $99. International shipping prices vary and will be calculated at the checkout.

Generally, 2-7 days, unless stated otherwise for specific products/manufacturers. Please reach out if you have not received your shipment after a week, there may have been a delay in shipments or your package may have been stolen.

If you believe your package was stolen, please report it and file a claim to Route (if purchased) and the shipping provider (USPS/UPS/FEDEX) within 5 business days of it being marked as delivered.

If you have opted out of Route package protection, unfortunately we cannot be responsible for or offer refunds for stolen or lost packages.

However, if you have purchased Route package protection we can assist in providing information for claims.

We accept all major credit cards, apple pay, venmo, paypal, and afterpay.

We do sell replacement chargers of select brands, which can be found here. Otherwise please contact the manufacturer and they will gladly help you -- if you don't know the brand of your toy, please send us an email and we will assist you.
